This 1-bedroom, 1-bathroom NSB beach rental sleeps up to 4 guests and is a great fit for couples, small families, or friends who want an incredible beachside location without paying for space they don’t need. Inside, you’ll find a comfortable king bed, a pull-out sofa for additional guests, a fully equipped kitchen, Smart TV, Wi-Fi, and everything you need to settle in after a day at the beach. One of the biggest advantages of Beach House Two is its ground-floor entry. No carrying suitcases, groceries, coolers, or beach gear up a flight of stairs. Park in your private driveway, unload, and you’re in. The ground-floor location also gives you convenient backyard access, where hammocks strung between the palms offer a laid-back spot to relax after the beach. Grab a book, enjoy the coastal air, or simply kick back after a day exploring NSB. And then there’s the location. The beach is just steps away. Grab your towels, cooler, and flip-flops and head for the sand without loading up the car. Drive-on beach access is also right around the corner for the classic New Smyrna Beach experience. When you’re ready to explore, leave the car behind. Flagler Avenue is within easy walking distance, putting some of NSB’s best restaurants, bars, coffee shops, boutiques, and surf shops close by. Local favorites including,The Garlic and Norwood’s Treehouse are also nearby, so dinner and drinks don’t have to mean a long drive across town. Want to explore beyond the neighborhood? Dogs are welcome but they must be pre-approved and friendly to guests on the 3rd floor. Walking the pets are required. Please be respectful of other guests on property.

This is the ground-floor unit of a three-story beach house at 816 Ocean Ave. The second and third floors are rented separately. No shared indoor spaces, but some neighbor sounds may carry through the building — standard for any townhome-style property. Message us if anything feels off. Beach gear is provided as a courtesy: chairs, umbrellas, and boogie boards. Rinse off sand and saltwater before returning them. Message us if anything needs attention.
